Not recommended

The location of the apartment is great.

Would not recommend staying here. Communication with host is really difficult and not client friendly at all. We had to move to a different place after one night as we shower had a defect and we were not able to shower. After contacting the host, which already was difficult, they pretended to send a technician, which unfortunately they did not.

Solid for a short stay. The price doesn’t match the value.

The apartment is very spacious and the location is very good.

The smell in the apartment was very unpleasant and I couldn’t get rid of it throughout my stay. The shower handle was leaking and didn’t work really well. The air condition is the most complicated one that I’ve ever seen in my life you cannot press any command on the remote that works immediately. Also, the noise from the next-door apartments is very loud. It almost seems like you’re living with other guests.

Value for money but I felt that they did not coordinate of clarify things like deposit & key collect

First time in Cannes but I think this was good value for the money.

The wifi did not work and after I contacted them they did not respond or fix the issue. The lift was extremely small and Closter phobic, I was on the 3rd floor and never used it. I received an email the day I was leaving for Cannes asking to deposit 500 euro's which caused a lot of issues when I arrived as I had to go to one of their offices to pay the money and collect the key.

First time in Cannes but I think this was good value for the money.

The wifi did not work and after I contacted them they did not respond or fix the issue. The lift was extremely small and Closter phobic, I was on the 3rd floor and never used it.
