Das Beste Hotel, in dem wir bisher waren! Die Villa (wir hatten Frangipani) war so wunderschön und geräumig. Der private Pool war ein Traum und die Mitarbeiter wirklich alle so herzlich und freundlich. Wir haben für unsere Flitterwochen eine extra Deko gebucht, diese wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail umgesetzt. Absolute Empfehlung!
Durch die offene Gestaltung der Dusche finden Mücken ihren Weg ins Badezimmer. Auch dafür bietet das Personal aber Abhilfe, Insektenschutzsprays stehen im Zimmer bereit und Coils werden auf Wunsch ebenfalls vorbeigebracht.

Honestly I loved this place, I booked the Jasmine suite which was a private villa & it was perfect. The price for what you receive is incredible but the best thing overall was the staff, they were very accomodating and met any of my needs promptly and with kindness.
I booked a few massages during my stay that were both amazing, Sabrina’s massage especially though was 10/10 so I’d definitely recommend requesting her.
The food was great and the privacy of the resort was one of my highlights.
I’ll definitely be staying here again :)

El personal fue muy amable y atento durante nuestra estancia. Además, el complejo de villas es muy bonito y está muy bien ubicado. El desayuno estaba bueno y te lo traían cada día a tu villa a la hora que les pedías.
Lo que menos nos gustó fue la cantidad de mosquitos que había, hasta el punto de encontrar la cama llena de mosquitos muertos constantemente. Al estar la villa rodeada de vegetación, la zona exterior también tenía un aspecto algo descuidado, con bastantes hierbajos en la terraza y los muebles exteriores sucios. Tuvimos además un problema puntual con el WC, que se atascó y generó mal olor, aunque el personal acudió a solucionarlo lo antes posible.
Por último, echamos en falta una zona común o salón en la villa, ya que las habitaciones no están comunicadas entre sí.

Das Dschungelbad und das im Zimmer eine JBL Box zur Verfügung gestellt wurde.
Zimmer war nett. Und der Pool direkt vorm Zimmer - gut
Frühstück würde aufs Zimmer geliefert, es bestand die Möglichkeit es am Pool zu essen. Da im Zimmer die Kapazität und die Möglichkeit fehlt, es dort zu tun. Nur 4 liegen am Pool, aber 5-6 Bungalows angeschlossen… Personal nicht ganz so freundlich. Sonntags wird nicht geputzt, keine neuen Handtücher nix. Pool wird nicht sauber gemacht und es sind lose Platten im Pool.
Essen war auch nicht gut, ausbaufähig kann man meinen….
Absolut weit weg vom Meer, aber der Weg dahin war gut.
Wenn man baden will, ist der Strand nix- dann eben nur der Pool vor der Tür.
