Our stay in the Apartment was super cosy as the name of the property. Perfect place to stay for work Visit of leisure. Clean, Neat and comfortable. Has everything in the Kitchen except a dishwasher. Bedrooms are sufficient. Loved the small working desk at the entrance and it makes perfect place to WFH / Home office. Neighbourhood is calm. School very near to the apartment and it gives you a good vibe to see kids around. Host responses quickly to email/messages. Overall good experience and not a bad choice to visit frequently.
Apartment has only one Bathroom which is very big and comfortable but an addition Toilet/small Bathroom would be very helpful if you stay with Colleagues. If you stay with Family its perfect but when you are with Colleagues you need a bit privacy and its like to you have to plan your timings. :)

Comfy house in a decent location in Crewe.
Parking is a bit tight but not a massive issue as long as you know how to drive well, the only bathroom is in the bedroom.

Property was very cosy and warm- was pleased that the heating automatically came on. Plenty of space in the rooms and liked that there were games available to play. Generally a very nice property to stay in
The stove didn't work and beeped every few mins. It's an induction stove and we tried a variety of things- none of which worked. But had hoped to make breakfast before we set out for the day so this hindered these plans. Reached out via booking.com messaging, where I had received a presumably automated message from the host, to make them aware and asked if there was something we needed to do. This was the same night we arrived and no response.
I had emailed the host not king after booking to ask general questions, such as, if they were happy for us to dispose of nappies in the property as some places may not like this but no response to that either.
This is definitely something that really let down the property. The floors could have probably have been cleaner but generally speaking the lack of contact especially when something is faulty and impacting the stay dampened the experience. Especially considering they message once you've left to say to leave a 5 star review if you enjoyed the stay and if there were any issues to instead message them ...
