The room itself was great. Cute and comfortable (the photo backdrop was a bit odd, but hey… you do you). The hosts clearly have done all they can to make it very nice. I appreciated the coffee and water in the room (and snacks, I didn’t eat them but what a nice touch), and the smart TV. It was secure. And centrally located to the arts district and Deep Ellum. And restaurants nearby were good… so you could have a nice takeout meal at “home” or without having to go very far. I didn’t use the other amenities like the gym or pool but they seem nice. And the secure parking was great for peace of mind. Checking was super convenient.
Despite the comfy bed, I just couldn’t sleep. The noise from drivers revving engines and racing down the street below until the wee hours was terrible. I really feel for people who live in the building. Do they ever get good sleep? And the building itself smells and the carpet is quite dirty. NOT the room. Just getting to it. The elevator is so slow (both were broken when I arrived. Luckily there’s an Irish Pub nearby where I could wait). The room is great. Stay there. But take earplugs and an eye mask if you’re sensitive to light because the room shades are not blackout. Despite the great instructions from the host, just know, as you look for the lock box… it’s hard to find. You’re looking for a thing like real estate agents put on doors in a shadowy corner NOT an easily noticeable box on a wall.

Nice, comfortable apartment. Very well equipped with everything you might need,and spotlessly clean. Good location near enough to walk to downtown attractions.
Arrival instructions were a little complicated but fine if you follow them, and the host was helpful.

Pros extremely clean, nice bed, great location,great value for money gym is very usable.
Cons
Pool was under maintenance didn’t really bother us as we where not going to use it
Room window coverings not block out slept with mask on so no problem for us
Also hallways getting to room a little grubby
