Even for the late night check-in they were helpful also gave proper direction to reach the property. The location was good. Staff was okay. Rooms were tidy. We got dinner at 11 PM. It was fresh and tasty.
1st night there was no water in washroom from midnight till 8 at morning.
The kutchen will not be functioning before 8:30 AM even for tea.
Most of the people ask for room service so the restaurant on 5th floor is not upto the mark as no one eats there.
There was electric kettle in the room but was no equipment/ ingredients to make tea. Neither they provide tea as room service before 8:30.

The service was good as we arrived late the staff on duty was excellent service he checked us in quickly hassle free.
The only thing I would say I missed my cup of tea I’m the morning
