I stayed here for a month and found it safe, clean, and within walking distance of both Centro and Chapultepec. The staff were very kind, respectful and professional, especially the night staff.
It’s very basic in terms of comfort, don’t expect anything like a Travelodge, it’s more similar to a university room. But for the price, it does the job. It’s also surprisingly quiet during the day, and the other residents are respectful of noise after a certain hour. Some floors are occupied by long-term tenants, which gives the place a bit of a safe feel.
Internet was very reliable during my stay for those working remotely.
The advertised check-in time wasn’t respected, which was a bit frustrating after a long flight. A few things were missing from the room when I arrived (chair, towels, clothes hangers). The condition of the towels, pillows and sheets can be... surprising to say the least, let’s call it eco-friendly, but they were always clean so it didn’t bother me much.
