The breakfast.
I was given erroneous info about a late check from the staff before the trip. Their error caused me to have to scurry to find other arrangements for my pet. This upended the entire trip and caused a lot of unnecessary stress. Instead of making the accommodation for their mistake, the manager refused to budge (eventhough he said they'd never done that before-which meant it would have been one instance for making the exception). It was unprofessional and unacceptable as far as I was concerned. There were many choices for potential hotels in the area. I wish I'd chosen a different one.
