The views are outstanding
The bath was such a treat
Nice having washing machine/dryer facilities we were only there 3 nights so didn’t use them but would be a godsend for a longer stay
Once get bearings it’s in the middle of everything great for buses as well
The climb to get to it
And all the stairs were a pain when I’d left something in a lower level😅
And they are quite steep
But tbh we were there exploring the town and uni village for my eldest starting in September so we were only there to sleep really

Brilliant views from the top floor.
Unable to keep the top floor windows open enough to allow sufficient air flow.
The top floor chiller did not keep bottles very cold
The toaster would not stay down unless it was held down manually.

The property is in an excellent location. It was easy to wander into town but benefits from being away from the hustle and bustle of the high street. It is a unique property with the most wonderful 360 views. The facilities are of high quality. All four of us loved it. It felt special to be in such a historical building.
