Sehr gute Lage direkt gegenüber Gare Montparnasse, Waschtrockner verfügbar
Viele Sachen schlecht gewartet, z.B. klemmt die Kühlschranktür, die Tür vor der Waschmaschine ist nicht richtig festgeschraubt, Handtuchregal und Halter der Handdusche nicht fest, Regendusche funktioniert nicht richtig, Wasserkocher nicht entkalkt etc.

— l’emplacement : en face de la gare Montparnasse donc idéal si vous prenez le train
— jolie décoration
— linge de lit et de toilette impeccables
— instructions claires mais l’arrivée n’est pas autonome, il faut appeler le propriétaire devant la porte de l’immeuble et il n’a pas répondu tout de suite, des voisins nous ont ouverts
— le ménage n’est pas impeccable : joints jaunes dans la douche, portes de placards de la cuisine sales, miroirs sales, paroi de douche avec du calcaire
— nécessite quelques restaurations : cuvette des WC mal fixée, mur abîmé dans la cuisine, etc
— il faisait très chaud et il y avait un seul ventilateur

La.posizione, molto centrale comoda a tutti i mezzi di trasporto.
nonostante sia vicino alla stazione essendo in alto è silenzioso.
L'host ci ha mandato istruzioni molto precise per entrare in casa.
Per quattro adulti è abbastanza piccolo.
Non c'è un tavolo in cui si possa mangiare in quattro perché il tavolino del salotto che si alza e si apre è danneggiato.
In generale non abbiamo trovato l'appartamento particolarmente pulito (lenzuola a parte): piatti e bicchieri e tegami erano appena passabili e c'era parecchia polvere.
Sullo stendibiancheria c'era la biancheria lavata e stesa del soggiorno precedente che abbiamo dovuto raccogliere per poterlo utilizzare.
Il getto principale della doccia perde.
In generale l'appartamento avrebbe necessità di uno stop dagli affitti per manutenzione.
