La piscina!!!...top dopo una giornata col caldo bollente a girare Firenze, un bagno di relax era sempre il massimo... C'erano anche altre ospiti ma niente invadenti ho perfino fatto le mie lezioni di aquafitnes in pace e tranquillità , la villa è a 3 piani e tutto l'intorno a stile vecchie ville del 800...niente rumori spiacenti e tanto verde.
Eravamo all'ultimo piano ma nn c'era problema siamo abituati alle scale anche a casa nostra , c'era di tutto, sapone, shampoo, kit x stoviglie (detersivo, spugna) x fino cialde x si dovevi fare la lavastoviglie, presine, canovaccio, capsule x il caffè a fiumi, giacchio pronto, forbici, cavatappi, mestolo, tagliere, una bottiglia di prosecco in omaggio e 2-3 salatini, perfino asciugamani x portare giù in zona piscina fuori di quelli in dotazione x la doccia, consiglio al 100%.
Otro punto in più ...la vicinanza alla st. Lastra a Signa (10'), in loco
machina x fare i biglietti se nn sei in possesso dell'app di Trenitalia

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber-Familie. Saubere tolle klimatisierte Dach-Wohnung, perfekt ausgestattet. Wir waren nur 2 Nächte, aber dort kann man es sich mit Sicherheit länger gemütlich machen. Der Garten mit Pool ein Traum. Da es nur 2 Wohneinheiten auf dem Grundstück gibt, ist es auch sehr ruhig. Zentral, fussläufig jeweils ca. 10 min zwischen 2 Bahnhöfen gelegen. Perfekt um nach Florenz oder andere Städte ohne Stau/Parkstress nach Florenz usw. zu kommen. Wir hatten es als Zwischenstopp für Florenz auf unserer Toscana Rundreise gewählt. Empfehlenswert.
Nicht gefallen würde ich nicht sagen, aber ich weiß nicht ob es als Hinweis drin steht. Ohne Aufzug, nicht barrierefrei. Für uns war es kein Thema.

The hosts were amazing and made us feel welcome. Showed us where all the facilities were which was very helpful in setting us straight in. We would definitely recommend and stay here again. The pool was beautifully designed and in a lovely landscaped garden. I really felt immersed in Italian living. The train station that can take you to Pisa or Florence was a max 8 min walk from the property.

De locatie ligt net buiten Florence en is goed bereikbaar met de auto of openbaar vervoer. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaren. De woning, parkeerplaats en zwembad ligt in een besloten opgeving, en kleine oase dus. Keuken was goed voorzien van spullen en apparatuur, badkamer, klein maar prima, en slaapkamer inclusief goed matras. Kortom uitstekende locatie om de omgeving te ontdekken en einde dag uit te blazen aan een heerlijk zwembad.
Niets wat tegen viel, een heerlijk verblijf. Houd echter rekening met de ligging op 2 hoog, dus 4 trappen te beklimmen, en de stadse omgeving dus met stadse geluiden.
