Clean and friendly staff
Location while close to the airport cost a fortune to get a taxi to (approx 35EUR) for a 10 min journey due to odd location. Great if coming by car but not for taxi. Same cost into centre of Florence following day (a much longer journey). Not serviced by buses due to location so only option was to drive or take taxi

The room was spacious for a family and was clean. Separate toilet and bathroom, that was very convenient for 4 people.
The stuff at the breakfast was not polite and did not care at all. The food trays were empty for long time and none filled them up. The cutlery was very dirty.
Too far from city center and not easy to get there with public transport.
