The villa was beautiful and very spacious for a couple, and the view over the rice fields was breathtaking. The swimming pool was lovely, and we really enjoyed the Indonesian breakfast served each morning. But the best part of our stay was the host's communication. He was always available to help, whether with anything in the villa, booking our activities, or even renting a scooter. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing, chill stay in Ubud.

My stay was amazing specially Madi and Komang. Helped us a lot. Very very nice and gentleman people. We originally booked for 4 nights but extended it for a night. The breakfast, the views, the peacefulness, cleaning, rooms etc everything was perfect and it felt that Komang motive is to keep their guests as comfortable as they can be.... I will always recommend The Wise Ubud to my friends and for sure it will be my first choice whenever I visit in future.

Très bon séjour, personnel accueillant et toujours là si besoin. Literie de qualité. Calme. Les petits déjeuné sont très bons. Nous avons pu être conseiller pour dîner, et nous avons pu réserver un massage directement avec lui.

The villa is wonderful and so clean. Breakfasts are really good and the quality-price ratio is good.
The cleaning service was so good and folded the towels in a very creative way every day.
However, this villa is so far away from the center of Ubud. There was no Gojek that came to the villa and it was difficult to move around Ubud. This made us relay on the boy taking care of the villa (Komang), who insisted a lot to be our driver and guide. This would not be a problem if he followed our trip, but he sometimes would decide to take us somewhere else different to our plans, probably because he earns a comission.
For example, he took us twice to a money exchanger with very bad exchange, and also insisted us to take us to a specific ATV with him, while we wanted to go to a different one.
We would recommend that villa if you want to stay relaxed and in a quiet zone, but if you want to visit touristic places maybe it's not the best option. Also, when we left the villa, he stopped showing interest in us because he cannot take our money anymore.
