Amazing location! Perfectly walkable and close to everything. The space is cozy, well-stocked with amenities, and ideal for anyone looking to ditch the car and explore on foot.

Steve is a man committed to the craft of hospitality and customer service. He was immediately available on short notice and found us accomodation in probably the best room we found in Nottingham, for an amazing price.
The apartment itself was spacious, well stocked and tastefully furnished. The beds were soft, the rooms were clean and everything worked without issue.
It's worth noting we found steve after two weeks of dealing with other hotels; offensively small rooms, rooms with no openable windows.
There are more expensive rooms in town without a microwave or fridge, there are places that smell awful, places that offer breakfasts that taste like plastic, other places have constant supervisors walking around that you have to beep to be let in after 10 pm, have you standing outside like a lost puppy hoping they show up
Here you just get you a key, and have at it, go, come, at your leisure and convenience.
The lifts always work, and the location is smack dab city center. Cafe's, Bars, you name it-We Loved it here, Steve is a stand up guy. Thanks mate we cant thank you enough! We'll be back

Great central location, overlooks Victoria Centre and within 10 min walk from Nottingham train station. Sizeable appartment, clean bedroom and bedding. Communication and key pickup very easy and friendly, generous with checkin and checkout times.
Apartment was overpriced given condition. Bathroom not properly cleaned with a used razor and pregnancy test wrapper behind the sink on floor. Bath screen unclean. Chopping board in kitchen still had food stuck to it. Dishwasher (I think) actually nailed shut. Random mix of plates, glasses. Extra fridgefreezer and unplumbed tumble drier in the living room.
These things are all fixable but should be fixed before you accept tenants. It is not acceptable to contact tenants after recieving a poor review and complain that you asked "if you need anything just call". People expect accommodation to match certain standards of quality and cleanliness, and align to the price charged. Things can break, or be missed by a cleaner, and this is understood, but they dont expect to take time, out of a 2 night stay, to call for someone to deep-clean the apartment or remove unneeded appliances. We are not your quality checkers.
