First of all the location. I don't think there could be a better one. It's located on a fancy pedestrian area near luxury shops. Located near the train station so that you can easily visit other cities like I did.
The apartment itself is very nice, amazing and completely silent AC, very good insulation from outside, you can't hear a thing!
Bed was very comfortable.
Key retrieval was efficient and quick.
Many small details that can be improved:
There's no kettle for hot water.
This is more a studio than a one bedroom apartment, there's only a curtain separating the living room and the room.
Noisy bathroom fan.

Appartment is very nicely located, easy to find and instructions for the keys and entrance are clear. Contact is direct and they reply to messages quickly. Appartment is spacious and nice. Kitchen is well-equipped and has all of the neccessary household appliances.
Unfortunately the bedding was smelly from sweat and when we booked for 3 people, beds were made only for 2, however the staff replied quickly and we found additional bed linen.

The location was great, central near everything.
The service/rental was available by whatsap. The house was dirty (floor, cutlery) and we didn’t have linens and towels for everyone. I had to call the service so they could refill the house with these suplies. We were asked to be in the house during one hour to receive some service provider to do some repair or check the bathroom. We were not able to stay and wait. The checkout was between 10h and 11h but we received a message at noon saying that we should have left before 11h, the cleaning service was there and found our bags there…
