A nice location but the caravan is filthy and in need of lots of repair works
The location is good.
The caravan and site as a whole was very dirty and dated a lot was needed to improve. The staff at the site were very unhelpful and unfriendly. The caravan was filthy inside & was in need of a lot of TLC and repair work

Dear Customer Service,
I am writing to formally complain about our recent booking at Lyons Manor Park Holiday Home.
When we arrived at approximately 10:00 PM, there was no one present at reception. We waited and repeatedly attempted to seek assistance. We contacted Booking.com, who tried to reach your team regarding our stay, but unfortunately they were unable to establish any contact.
Due to this situation, we were left stranded at the property until nearly midnight. As no assistance was available, we were forced to find alternative accommodation at very short notice. We had to drive approximately 30 minutes to secure a hotel. Had this hotel not been available, we would have had no choice but to remain in our car overnight.
This situation was especially distressing as we had booked two holiday homes and were travelling with seven children.
Furthermore, when we visited reception the following day, the staff member we encountered was extremely rude. Upon explaining the issue, we were told, “I don’t care,” which was both shocking and unacceptable.
As a result of your failure to provide reception services and basic customer support, we incurred additional costs. We were required to pay £210 for the hotel stay on Friday night, effectively paying twice for accommodation.
Given the inconvenience, stress, and additional expense caused by this matter, we request:
• A refund of our hotel expenses (£210)
• Appropriate compensation for the disruption to our stay

I will never recommend someone to stay there
We been to the property a little bit late than the check-in time and there was no body to serve and no other arrangmement made. We had to book a nearby hotel to stay overnight
staff attitude was bad, when we told them that we had bad experience of checking in on the day of arrival and had to stay in a hotel, the guy said "I don't care" - worst ever attitude
