Beautiful house, spotlessly clean.

The place was very clean. The communication from the host was very good and the facilities like loo roll, hand wash and washing up liquid were all catered for - although we brought some just incase.. The decor was nice, with a huge TV and the beds were comfortable. Was gifted a bottle of wine by the hosr, which was a nice touch and the hot tub was prepared and ready for use. The bath, although unused, was really big and the shower was powerful and a good size.
The area itself. Could barely sleep due to some little street racer outside revving up a car at full throttle from 11pm until gone midnight and then cars racing up and down the street outside like it was The Fast and The Furious. Went on literally all night, The next door neighbours had dogs that were constantly barking until the early hours too and it was all you could hear through the walls. The area is quite, I don't like to use the words "run down" but that was how it struck me. All this is outside of the control of the host but seriously impacts the quality of the stay, especially at the price point paid. It was a nice place but at £260 a night I wouldn't stay again sadly.

Information sent on the morning , were lucky there was parking outside and keys easy to retrieve
This is a very personal view but the hot tub was set at 4 40 and maybe a few degrees hotter than we would have liked in the warmer weather but we Could not work out how to turn it down

Location near to Brecon good for walks
The kitchen was downstairs and the two sets of stairs were very steep with no full handrail could be a real problem for people with restricted movement
