Man kann in diesem Zustand die Wohnung nicht als Luxuriöses Apartment bezeichnen und so viel Geld dafür einnehmen

Das es eine Küche gab… mit Herd und Backofen !

Die Dusche hat kaputte Dichtung , das ganze Badezimmer war jedes Mal überflutet nach dem Duschen und hat Zeit und aufwand gekostet ! Waschmaschine die zur Verfügung steht ist im Pulverschacht verschimmelt auch in der Gummidichtung (Trommel) sammelt sich ganzes Wasser an und fließt nicht ab und dementsprechend auch verschimmelt …. Die Bettwäsche stark gebraucht… Matratzenbezug ist mit Löcher versehen! Schreibtisch ist kurz vor zusammenklappen man hatte Angst dort etwas abzulegen. Es ist Suboptimal für längeren Aufenthalt!
