Very good location in a safe area.
The kitchen is a good size and well equipped with kitchen utensils.
Good information for check in, and check-in was easy.
Overall, the property was clean.
Quite old property with refurbish. The mattress was quite soft and not very firm.
The bed linen was only of fair cleanliness.
There was no proper dining table for a family.
Overall, the stay was fine. However, guests should be aware that the rental price is the same regardless of the number of guests because this is a whole-property rental. (No negotiable) There is also an additional cleaning fee of NZD 120.

Close to town centre and major attractions
We booked as a family with a young child. The advertised children's books were non existent and only one outdoor game was complete (the bean bag toss), with one game of top-trumps inside. There is no dining table (only a breakfast bar), and the layout of the property is odd. The pillows were terrible quality and there were no curtains for the second window in the bedroom. The kitchen was tiny and there was an unclean cup/plate and salad bowl in the pantry
. In addition, whilst there is a separate door to the toilet, it is within the main bathroom, meaning you can't access the toilet without passing the shower.
This place would be absolutely fine for a couple of people in their 20s, but not a family
