It was okay for a 3 day stay, we spent most of the time outside.

Perfect location, friendly host!

Cold, the max temperature was 21 degrees celsius, and the outside temperature at night is 7 degrees celsius. Also dishwasher didn’t work.

Disapointing, we will not book this property again (we are regularly returning to Zurich and have been there several tim

Location.

We were booked for 3 weeks, we found that the advertising details and photos do not reflect the reality at the unit. We found the contact for the property polite but not helpful. Some of our negative experiences were: 1. No user information package at the unit in regards to the use of utilities & equipment forcing a renter to contact the representative on any issue. 2. The dishwasher did not work at all. It was reported to the representative but it was not repaired. (So for 3 weeks while on vacation doing dished by hand….bummer). 3. The sofa bed in the living room has seen better days, it is somewhere between uncomfortable to dangerous to use. 4. The advertising states there is a TV and that is correct, however there is no cable and only app’s can be used with several of them not working…. 5. We have paid the fees as agreed and on time, we noticed that there was a cleaning fee which we are OK with, however what was surprising and disappointing was the request of us to assist with the clean up before we depart, that was coupled with a denial and redirect to obtain a garbage bag from the unit representative. (There was no / there is no language on the Booking.com web page for this property on any of the issues noted above). In short, the gap between what is advertised and what we experienced was disappointing and drove the scores we noted for this property.

Excellent!!

Excellent Location and clean property. We had great 2 days in the property . All tourist places are within walking distance from property!!

Cute place, disappointing experience

Great location. Quiet street, steps away from all the bars and restaurants. Close to public transportation. Cute apartment, nice outdoor space.

No AC and the fans weren't enough during the heatwave. Pillows on the bed are not supportive. No hot water for 3 days, so we took frigid showers, unable to properly wash clothes or dishes. Loud construction in the building in the morning. Property manager offered a ridiculous 60 chf refund, only after I complained to booking.com, even though they claimed to have sent one days before. I declined.
