Lovely and comfortable.

Very modern and clean and in a very good location.

The only thing bad was the workmen right outside the window but that couldn’t be helped. Would have been nice to have been warned if the owner did know.

A great few days in Chelsea

Great location clean and ideal for a central London stay! Problem with the sink was sorted immediately

Could have stayed longer!!

Make-do stay for a night or two.

The apartment itself was great. It was very clean, had a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need, and there was plenty of furniture and storage space, which made the stay comfortable.

Unfortunately, the communication from the host let the experience down. I wasn't informed when the room was ready, and when I arrived, the key had simply been left next to an unlocked door, which didn't feel particularly safe or secure. There was also no air conditioning, so the apartment became unbearably hot during the stay. The concierge staff weren't interested in helping with any questions because the apartment is privately rented. The washer/dryer also seemed to run on an unusually long cycle and was still going well past 10pm, which was quite disruptive. The front door key was extremely difficult to use, and I ended up stuck outside for around 15 minutes trying to get back in. Again, no staff were willing to help because it was a private rental.

Location. Comfortable beds. Having a washing machine and a dryer available.

The biggest problem was that the apartment was not clean when we checked in. Stray hair on the floor, dusty, bathroom dirty. Poor water pressure. The washer-dryer was full of lint that has not been cleared in months and clearly a fire hazard. This could have been a very pleasant stay with the family if the apartment was properly cleaned before our stay.
