Thanks for the coffee maker and all the nice little touches, and quality toiletries. The unit was spotlessly clean and cleaning materials were provided. We liked that crockery was asked NOT to be washed in the bathroom sink. This shows that it is dishwashed between uses, that doesn’t happen everywhere! Easy to locate, easy check in and out. Convenient parking. Great to have fly screens on the windows too. Thank you
We would rather have paid abit more (very good value for money), and had an upgraded bed, pillows and towels.
This was our only negative.

Good location, well kept facility, lovely quiet rural setting. We'll stocked fridge.
We found it very difficult to fill electric jug from bathroom tap. A smaller (plastic jug) that can be used to fill electric jug would make that job easier. We resorted to using one of the cups.

A quiet rural location. Comfy bed and a good nights sleep.
My introduction to Shambala was somewhat ‘coloured’ by discovering that the toilet had not been flushed since last use.
No hand towels and someone else’s rubbish in the bin also detracted from otherwise an OK stay.
