Location and how close it was to a bus stop and train station
Location, while it’s super convenient to be that close to a bus stop and train station, it is a busy and loud road throughout the night. Not the properties fault, but something to keep in mind for light sleepers.
Washing machine was a single unit washer/dryer combo. The dryer doesn’t dry clothes at all, but there is a laundromat a short bus ride away.
Glass piece in the hall bathroom wasn’t secured properly to the tub, to it flexes. Need to be careful of this if using it to hold onto when entering or exiting the tub.

It was nice and clean, spacious the location is good near everything.
The bed was not very comfortable it was springy.

Clean and tidy. Building is okay. Would have preferred to have a blind in the sitting room for privacy as apartment is on a major road
Poor customer service. Not customer friendly. Too mean and rigid. No flexibility for late check out. Check out time was 10am which was inadequate. Despite my pleading for additional time due to unique circumstances regarding my flight they were insensitive.
