The apartment was attractive, secure, tidy, well appointed, fresh and clean. Great having a washing machine tho it was raining so drying was a challenge. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning very effective and I liked the nice touch of being provided with toiletries. There is a lift up to the apartment if needed. Kolonaki is a lovely safe area with many quality bars and shops nearby. It is on a hill so bring comfortable shoes. It’s very close to the funicular to the top of lycabettus hill.
Minor points only that didn’t detract from how great the apartment was. The communal entrance to the apartment is a little run down but that is not the owners issue. Don’t worry though as the apartment is great. There is no extractor fan in the bathroom so even though we left the window open, it was very steamy in there. We noticed upon arrival that mould had built up around the ceiling in the bathroom. I would suggest an instruction to guests about where to put rubbish as we were unsure. There were no pillow cases for the spare pillows and the pillows were a little old.

The location was great
There was mould in the shower, the door to the second bedroom doesn’t close as the bed is too long, so no privacy.
