Spacious, beautiful, and causy apartment. (If you only use bedrooms,not sofa bed)
Fully equipped kitchen (big bonus), clean towels provided, no issues with shower unit, working TV and internet (from the box in the bedroom,not the one given by the company via the messages).
As a main guest and the guest who was planning to use a sofa bed, in advance, I asked for extra bedding and covers, which weren't provided on arrival. Although found loads of dirty bed covers in the utility room justvleft on the floor. Only half of the toilet roll was left for 4 people .
The company tried to fix issues calling us, but over the phone, given promises have never been carried out. Had to use towels instead of the sheets to sleep on the sofa-bed and quilt with no cover.
Left disappointed,gutted, and a wee bit disgusted. .

Very comfortable and clean
Shared entrance was not ideal and were kept up all night with noise and fighting from the apartment above sorry will not be using again we expected the police to turn up

Could do with some hooks in the bathroom for towels and hand towels
