It is a charming an old-fashioned department very close to the ferry stop Arsenale. Easy to get to. The people are very kind. They are responsive to messages and they meet you at the ferry and take you to the apartment.
The Air Conditioning was the old-fashioned machines that you put through the window, but I think that they are going to install proper air air-conditioning

Third floor apartment in old and gracious building with period features and antiques on display. Main bedroom large with massive bed. Lounge/diner and kitchen moderate sized. Bathroom good but functional.
It is up a lot of stone stairs with tiny one person lift.
No outside area.

Beautiful spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, livingroom, bathroom. Everything clean and very charming. The location is exceptionally good and Arianna is an incredible host, always helpful and communicative.
