It had all useful amenities.
Still a bit pricey for the location in Middlesbrough since there were much cheaper hotels but of course apartments are more expensive.

Nice location close to the centre but peaceful, helpful host, no concerns. Everything went smoothly and I'm very happy with the stay, would definitely consider this next time I want to stay in Teesside. Clean and pleasant, comfortable, had everything you need packed into a space that feels bigger than it is.
The pillows could be better, but that's the single thing I can think could be improved

This is a studio flat not apartment. Looks like a converted garage or something.
It's reasonably comfortable, however there are only 2 small windows at front so not alot of air movement or ventilation. There is a fan however this doesn't fully make up for lack of air ( to be fair I was there on a very hot day)
Limited portions of the dwelling can be seen into from the building behind via the skylights / ceiling windows of which there are 3. With no blinds, I did contact staff to see if these could be opened to increase airflow, sadly they didn't get back to me.
It's not a bad place and on a cooler day and maybe for 1 person it would be ideal.
I can't compare it to other places in the area because I don't have much experience of others in local area. However I very much doubt it's bigger than most as advertised
