Great views from the apartment. Very comfortable property and well equipped. Enjoyed having the pool to ourselves.
Parking not available when we were there and parking nearby not always easy to find. A fairly long walk to Annecy centre.

The view, the view! We loved the apartment, it was clean and functional with a lovely balcony to enjoy the amazing view of the mountains. A 15 minute walk to the beautiful lake and a bit further to the old town. Great to have a washing machine to do a quick wash on our travels. Felt very secure and very helpful instructions for everything. Would stay again.
Key box a bit difficult to access. They kindly made up the sofa bed, but as others have said, something really needs to be done about the mechanism which squeaks loudly every time you so much as move. I found the mattress quite comfortable, but was just so noisy! It really needs some attention! Pillows were also a bit lumpy and could do with being renewed. All through my communication with them, I never felt I was actually talking to a real person, as their replies were always polite but seemed to be AI. Not a big problem, but it was a bit odd.

Het aangenaam balkon met zicht op de bergen is fantastisch. Het is ook een heel proper appartement met mooie badkamer en ruim genoeg voor gezin van vier voor enkele dagen.
De stoelen aan de eettafel waren zeer instabiel en niet echt meer bruikbaar. Gelukkig hadden we goed weer en hebben we ze niet echt nodig gehad.
