The cottage was so comfortable and so quiet. It was in a lovely peaceful village in the country with views of fields on a very quiet road.
The host Sam was so attentive and so helpful, we had a small issue on our arrival and it was fixed the following day. We loved it here and will def stay again soon!
I have to honest I could not fault it so there is nothing to report.

Gezellig huisje
GEEN DOUCHE, 4 Lage balken, niet beschermd met schuim of iets dergelijks, zodat het onvermijdelijk is dat personen van langer dan 180 cm keihard hun hoofd gaan stoten. GEVAARLIJK!

A cute and characterful place to stay
Some confusion on arrival as the WiFi code was wrong, and there was no signal to contact the host. So had to go out to the main road with my 2 small children to text & call the number that was on the cottage information sign, to then find out that person no longer managed the cottage and it was a family member.
Resolved the WiFi issue, and then found there was no bedding for the pull out bed even through I’d messaged the host a few weeks before to check the bed set up as I have 2 children. Duvet and mattress / pillow was quite dirty. Wouldn’t use without sheets. Had to wait around 45 mins for bedding to be bought to me so I could use the bed.
Bathroom was a little tricky to use as no shower hose and bath tucked into a corner. Part of the cottage character but could be made easier with shower hose attached to taps.
No hand soap for the bathroom (the bottle was empty), so had to use dish soap as again had checked ahead of time and advised there was soap in the property so didn’t bring any.
Few little mis haps like this which just meant a bit of a “faffy” start to the stay. Once settle that night then the next night was fine.
