The location was excellent & the unit was clean & had all facilities.
Unfortunately you could hear everyone walking around upstairs.

The stairs have a box on them
Which makes it narrow and dangerous. It looks very tired outside but lovely inside. I also think 10am check out is too early for 3pm

Location was perfect, literally on the front/beach and in centre. The apartment was very spacious with lots of seaside decirations which were a nice little touch, lovely views from the front windows and nice kitchen.
Parking was very tight, especially if all spaces at the apartment block were being used. Stairs leading up to apartment had a storage box half way, so not lots of space at that point if you're not great on your feet.

It was a very spacious flat. Plenty of hot water although the flow from the hot water tap is very slow. The bath will be difficult to get into if you have even a slight mobility issue. But the shower worked fine.
On arrival even when I arranged the time we would arrive . the flat hadn't been cleaned . I must admit the owner when I contacted him admitted that it was his fault about the time. He did arrange for the cleaner to come. So we went out for a meal about 3.45. When we came back at 5.30ish the cleaner was still there so we waited in the lounge until he finished. But to our amazement he didn't finish until about 6.55pm. So it spoilt our first day.
On the first night it rained the window in the bedroom we couldn't shut properly as there was on catches to fastening it .
On trying the the main lights in both the bedroom and lounge didn't work properly, I think the bedroom just needs a new bulb But the lounge didn't work at all. But the wall lights worked fine.
