Appartement équipé pour 4 personnes, pas 6. 3 coupures de courant en 3 jours en plein hiver...

1. Super emplacement avec vue sur le lac d'Annecy et grand balcon. 2. L'appartement lui même est grand et très bien agencé avec des rangements dans toutes les chambres et un grand salon. 3. Salle de bain avec machine à laver et baignoire/douche avec un bon débit d'eau chaude. 4. 2 places de parking disponibles, ce qui est très pratique. 5. Conciergerie 5 étoiles, disponible, très serviable et sympathique. Le concierge nous a dépanné même le 24/12 soir et 25/12 matin. Appartement conforme aux photos de l'annonce.

1. En 3 jours nous avons 3 coupures de courant : partielle (juste la cuisine) le 23 décembre puis totale le 24 décembre soir et 25 décembre le matin! Avec un frigidaire et congélateur pleins car c'était les fêtes et plus de lumière.... le disjoncteur étant dans l'autre appartement du chalet il a fallu contacter la conciergerie + les autres vacanciers pour essayer de récupérer du courant. Heureusement la personne de la conciergerie du sancy ainsi que les locataires du dessous ont été très sympathiques et serviables, nous avons réussi à remettre le courant dans l'heure. Mais pour une location en période de fêtes + au vu du prix de la location c'est inadmissible que cela arrive non seulement une fois mais 3! 2. Nous étions 6 personnes. Côté literie rien à redire, duvets chauds et confortables, plein d'oreillers/coussins. Par contre il manque un ou deux fauteuils/poufs dans le salon car il n'y a que 4 places assises. Cela étant dit, le salon est conforme aux photos de l'annonce donc pas de surprise de ce côté là. 3. De même dans la cuisine, quelques couverts, verres et grandes assiettes de plus seraient un ajout agréable afin d'éviter de devoir faire la vaisselle (ou faire tourner le lave-vaisselle) après chaque repas. 4. La porte de la salle de bain (et à moindre degré la porte des toilettes) étaient très dures et impossible à fermer à clef sous peine de ne pas réussir à les rouvrir. 5. Une des chambres a une porte en verre : pas d'intimité possible... on a du accrocher des serviettes dessus.
