Another wonderful 12-night stay at Grand Ambassador Hotel, Bur Dubai with my family. I’m a repeat guest and always enjoy staying here whenever I’m in Dubai.
A special thanks to Ms. Tannu, Ms. Sabita, and the entire housekeeping, cleaning, and maintenance teams, everyone is exceptionally courteous, helpful, and welcoming.
The hotel is clean, secure, and has everything you need, including restaurants, bars and discos, massage services, small shops, grocery facilities, and comfortable sitting areas. The central Bur Dubai location is excellent, surrounded by 24-hour shopping and dining, and close to the Creek.
Very comfortable and convenient. Highly recommended - I’ll definitely return!

I have stayed at the Grand Ambassador Hotel, Bur Dubai many times, including my recent six-night stay, and it remains my first choice whenever I visit Dubai.
The hotel's biggest strengths are its exceptional service, excellent maintenance, and unbeatable location—just a short walk from Dubai Creek, Meena Bazaar, great restaurants, shopping, and nightlife.
A special thank you to Miss Tanu at the reception. She is truly outstanding, professional, courteous, and always willing to go the extra mile. She warmly welcomed me as a returning guest and arranged an early check-in as soon as my room was ready, which I greatly appreciated.
The bellboys, housekeeping, and room service teams also deserve recognition. Everyone is friendly, responsive, and genuinely committed to making guests feel comfortable. Requests are handled quickly, rooms are kept spotless, and the breakfast is always fresh with a good variety.
If you're looking for a hotel in Bur Dubai that offers excellent value, outstanding hospitality, and a fantastic location, I highly recommend the Grand Ambassador Hotel. I'll definitely continue staying here on every visit to Dubai.

I had a very good experience staying at Grand Ambassador Hotel. The overall stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is well-maintained and offers a pleasant atmosphere. It is suitable for a wide range of guests, whether traveling for business or leisure. I would definitely consider staying here again.
One area that needs improvement is the Wi-Fi service. The connection was not reliable and could be stronger. It would be better if the hotel could improve the free Wi-Fi facilities for a more comfortable stay.
