Location is 5 min walk from the Bancal port.
We like the place. It's clean and modern looking. Complete with things we need. Also they have a resto which serves good food.
Maybe the thing we didn't like is that there's nothing else to do in the area. After island hopping the place is quiet and boring especially at night.
I am referring to Carles in general. Casa juana is great overall.

Clean minimalist room, windows for natural light also have blinds for privacy, secured/gated new property, new amenities, spacious, good water pressure from faucet, shower, and bidet, clean toilet, provided toiletries and complimentary drinkable water, water kettle, mini coffee corner, dining area, clothes hanger area, trash bins, approachable owner, walkable distance to and from Bancal bus terminal and Bancal port
I’m not sure if wifi is available in our room. I also keep forgetting to ask the owner about it 😁
I think I can smell a little bit of foul seaweed from inside the pillow??? 🤔 The pillowcases and sheets smell nice though.

The hosts are lovely people and very accommodating! It’s a new property but the AC worked perfectly, they provide towels and the mattress’ are comfortable. The room is very clean. Walking distance from the pier so very good for island hopping tours!
