Good.

The place was tidy.

Washing up liquid wasn't there in the kitchen. The bottle was empty.

Woukd avoid stopping here!

Location is pretty good Only a very short journey up the hill away from ilfracombe

Checking in was 4pm Which I think is quite late 6 berth accommodation Yet only two sofas for 4 people They were very uncomfortable too and one faced away from the tiny tv in the corner Tv far too small Hole in one bedroom wall Plug location in bedrooms meant the one room with a small lamp had offered to put it Only 1 room out of 3 had a bedroom lamp No table in main room to put drinks on near sofas No entertainment and after returning from ilfracombe the Bar was closed at 9 Overall price was very bad for what we were given, no value at all

Would avoid

When we arrived it was unknown where we should be staying. They gave us a key to a random free room and expected us to share a double bed with two adults with two children. We had to double back in the cold night and ask for another room. We then received a room which apparently we should have been staying in. Terrible carpet smell inside. Lots of noise from surrounding neighbours. You could hear them going toilet, walking around or having a shower. The next morning one of the lodgers made some racist remarks upon which we decided to leave. It looks run down. They were unwilling to provide a refund.

I had a sea view 1 bed studio it was OK comfortable and had everything I needed i stayed 2 days onsite restaurant food and staff were great didn't check out the pool or entertainment but personally overall for the money I paid which was £225 for 2 nights i didn't think it was good value 🙃 Just my opinion

Was a 0.7 mile walk to main town or local amenities uphill on way back 🤔

Location

The rooms were not maintained. It had mould in bathrooms and kitchen oven was greasy. No proper pillows. Sofa had lot of dust and previous guest food.
