The apartment is well equipped and in a great location. You are a few minutes walk from the train station and from many bars and restaurants. The view from the balcony is stunning, beautiful sea views. Host was responsive to questions and very helpful.
The only issue we had (which is hopefully resolved for future guests) was getting access to the apartment. A remote option to be let in once rung the bell did not work. Fortunately a resident in the block let us in. From experience the host would have probably responded to messages / a call quickly to address the issue but if a late arrival it would be a bit worrying left out on the street.

The communication was flawless. The place was spotless. Looked just like the pictures. Lots of hot water. Fantastic wifi
The bed top sheet was strange. It was 2 smaller duvet covers. The towels were rough and not absorbent. For longer stays, an extra set of bedsheets would be appreciated

L’emplacement
La principale déception de notre séjour concerne la climatisation, limitée à seulement 2 heures. Il faut donc la relancer manuellement toutes les deux heures, y compris la nuit si l’on souhaite conserver une température agréable. Avec la chaleur, c’est vraiment très contraignant, et surtout cette limitation n’était absolument pas indiquée lors de la réservation. Heureusement que l’eau de la douche, elle, était à volonté ! 🥵
Plusieurs autres points ont également rendu le séjour moins agréable : pas de machine à café, et surtout une seule clé pour deux personnes, ce qui est très peu pratique lorsqu’on ne souhaite pas forcément entrer et sortir ensemble.
La salle de bain est microscopique : l’accès à la douche et aux toilettes est vraiment compliqué tant l’espace est réduit.
Autre problème : les draps ne sont pas adaptés aux dimensions du lit, ce qui est assez surprenant pour un logement destiné à la location.
Enfin, petit détail plutôt étonnant : il nous est demandé d’arroser les plantes, alors que cela n’est pas mentionné dans l’annonce. Ce n’est évidemment pas un effort considérable, mais ce genre de demande devrait être précisé avant la réservation.
J’ai contacté Booking concernant le problème de climatisation pendant notre séjour. On m’a annoncé une réponse sous 24 heures. Notre séjour est terminé depuis hier et je n’ai toujours reçu aucune réponse.
Le logement aurait pu être satisfaisant, mais l’accumulation de ces désagréments, et particulièrement la limitation non annoncée de la climatisation, a malheureusement beaucoup dégradé notre expérience.
