The room was good, the bed nice and the walk in shower a bonus. The breakfast was adequate. They have a bar and you can order meals if you want although we did not make use of this.
The staff was helpful and friendly. We arrived a day early and they accommodated us.
There was no coffee machine in the room but they provided coffee all day and night in the lobby.

Location and front desk employees were excellent. Rooms were large and convenient for a family.
We were there 2 nights. Our towels were not picked up after the first day nor were they replaced. On arriving there was a quarter of a roll of toilet paper, of which I had to go ask for another roll. The bathroom floor had not been mopped in a while. It wouldn't take but a little more effort and it would have been fantastic. I would recommend better cleaning staff for rooms.

The washer and dryer required quarters only and the front desk had no change. I had to wait over 3 hours for towels. Upon arrival none of the hand soaps and shower products were filled. I was told to unscrew them and take them downstairs to be filled. There was no housekeeping to clean up either. The outside trashes on the property next to the entrance doors were always full and over flowing
