The apartment is worth the money with an amazing location just 2 minutes away from Rotunda. You can literally walk in a straight line all the way to the White Tower at the sea front. The streets nearby are very active throughout the day, especially because the university campus is nearby. Although it is an old building, the apartment itself is renovated recently and in excellent condition. No complaints :)
The elevator is quite small but just enough for two people to fit in. The walls are quite thin so loud neighbours can be problematic on some nights. A microwave could be added for further convenience :)
