Located in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood, this gated, modern house is the perfect getaway place for a couple or family. Fully furnished with TVs, air conditioning and your own kitchen with a charcoal BBQ
The best beaches and sunset views of the island are a few minutes away, you'll find plenty of great restaurants, one of the biggest fresh market on the island and a nightly street food market, yet you'll live in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by lush jungle

Brand new modern style house near tourist attractions like waterfalls, beaches, sunset, restaurants, elephants, aquarium, monkeys, boat tours and so much more. The best place to enjoy your holidays and relax.

>>> 28+ days or more have a 20% discount but doesn't include electricity and requires a 5000baht deposit upon arrival. Cleaning is included once per week
>>> 7+ days bookings have a 10% discount, includes electricity and a cleaning twice per week (if staying more than 1 week, otherwise only 1 cleaning). Requires only a regular 1000 baht deposit.

Clean and quiet place to stay. I do believe anybody staying will be in great in hands with the host Dominic. Very friendly and attentive to the guests needs. Location while not beachside, is still very relaxing and calming in my opinion. I would stay again if I came back to the island.
