With six spacious bedrooms, the villa is perfect for families or groups. Each room is designed with comfort in mind, offering cozy furnishings, lots of storage, and subtle Scandinavian designer furniture that adds a modern, elegant touch. The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, a private balcony with gorgeous views, and a TV—a perfect spot to start or end your day. All six bathrooms come with modern showers, ensuring everyone has space and privacy. Additionally, there is a convenient guest toilet for added comfort.
The villa is newly built to Scandinavian standards and thoughtfully designed with bright, open living areas. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and provide views of the garden and pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and plenty of counter space, making it easy to cook meals or enjoy a quick snack.
Outside, the villa’s garden is a true highlight. The overflow infinity pool creates a beautiful, tranquil setting where you can cool off or relax by the water with a good book. There is a fantastic new outdoor kitchen and BBQ area, paired with a seating area—perfect for hosting meals with family or friends. At night, the villa comes alive with light projections that add a unique and cool atmosphere.

This is a beautiful home for a big family or group of friends (we had six couples). The views are gorgeous. The neighborhood is quiet, natural beach just a few blocks walk away. The house is well supplied with dishes, etc. There are no restaurants close, but a well-stocked Aldi store is a 5 min drive. We barbecued and swam daily. There is a marvelous salt water pool. Pool towels are available to rent, small fee. It is about a 14 minute drive to downtown Marbella or 1/2 hour walk on the beach, some of it boardwalk, some across the sand. Easy on and off the freeway for day trips. There is 1 bedroom on the main floor, an enormous master and 2 additional lovely bedrooms upstairs, 2 small bedrooms downstairs along with a huge multipurpose room. There are hairdryers in several of the bathrooms. An iron is in a little room by the master. There were a few wrinkles that needed to be ironed out. We needed to request more keys for our group. Check-in and check out are listed differently on the VRBO website than the management instructions, so double check that. Instructions for appliances were not readily available, so we often guessed. No soaps in bathrooms; it doesn’t say any are provided, but just be prepared. There is a lot of parking- do have to deal with the funky gate. While we were there, there was a water issue /musty smell downstairs, but hopefully that is being addressed. The local management team is responsive, and helped us with those other minor issues listed above.
