BergSeeNest Vacation Rental:

The BergSeeNest aims to be a peaceful, stylish vacation home for you. Located near Lake Soier, with mountain and lake views from the garden, it invites you to enjoy nature. It was completely renovated through January 2025.
I selected the interior furnishings to be high-quality, modern, personal, and with an eye for detail—I hope you like it!
The layout: Living and sleeping areas in one large room. Separate kitchen. Separate bathroom. Hallway with walk-in closet. Spacious terrace. The garden is available to all guests. The lake is a 4-minute walk away. The location is incredibly quiet and idyllic.
The bed is a Mysofabed. You can choose whether you’d like it set up as a bed or a sofa before your arrival.
It comes with an extra mattress measuring 160 x 200. Towels, kitchen towels, and bed linens are included, along with a variety of pillows.
Final cleaning is also included.
A maximum of 2 adults and 1 dog may stay in the apartment. There is an additional charge of 10 € per day for your four-legged guest.



On-site costs: Dear guests, a linen package including bed linens, towels, and kitchen towels, as well as final cleaning, is included in the price. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 1 dog. A fee of 10 € per day will be charged for the dog. A deposit of 20% of the total price will be charged 3 days after booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival. The municipality of Bad Bayersoien also charges a visitor’s tax of 2.40 € per night. This must be paid in cash on site. Information for guest registration must be requested in accordance with the Local Tax Act and the local tourist tax ordinance. Your personal guest card will then be available on site, which entitles you to many discounts and allows you to use public transportation (RVO buses and DB Regio trains) free of charge. The host must request the following guest registration information: • Date of arrival and expected date of departure • Last names, first names • Date of birth • Nationalities • Address • Number of traveling companions and their nationalities • Serial number of a recognized and valid passport or passport substitute for foreign nationals



Check-in is possible from 3:00 to 22:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 11:00.
