Originally a 3-bedroom apartment, we’ve opened up one of the rooms to create an extra-spacious living area. This layout offers a breezy, open feel and provides a perfect environment for remote work.
Central location close to all places mentioned below.
Nearby: Namdaemun, Gwanghwamun, Myeongdong
• Airport buses stop at the building
• Chungjeongno Station (line 2, 5) : 3-5 min. by walk
• Seoul Station (KTX, line 1,4, AREX) :10-15 min. by walk
• Seoul City Hall (line 1 and 2) :7-15 min. by walk
• Namdaemun (Sungnyemun) Gate : 10-15 min. by walk

Other Things to Note:
The house has two rooms with double beds so 2 people could sleep in each room. We also have one sofa bed in the living room so 2 people could sleep in the living room. So 6 people could stay in this house total.

BED set up The standard setup is 2 guests per bed. If you require a different setup please contact us well in advance so we can make the required arrangements.
◆ BED sizes
Room1 : 160*200 cm
Room2 : 150*200 cm
Living room : 145*200 cm ( a sofa bed ) Please contact us if you want this setup as a sofa or a bed (sofa is standard).
◆ LINEN set up
The standard setup is 2 guests per bed with one big linen ( duvet for a double bed ). If you require a different setup please contact us well in advance so we can make the required arrangements.
◆ Parking
Paid parking off premises. / Public street parking.
◆ Closed Circuit Video Surveillance (CCTV)
In the hallways outside the apartment CCTV is in use. If there are more guests in the apartment then on the reservation then this will be reported. This is a big violation of trust and as a result the reservation will be cancelled for the remainder of the booking. In this case you will lose all fees and nightly charges in addition to your full deposit. To avoid this situation please get in touch timely so that the reservation can be amended.

It's a large apartment but only two bedrooms and weird floorplan. Bathroomms are furthest away from the bedrooms and huge empty living room.Only one remote controller for 5 AC units, which wasn't comfortable especially at night. View is amazing but if you sleep in the living room be ready for a lot of sun from sunrise. The bedrooms only sleeps 4 people, 5th person will have to be in the living room, on a folding sofa. Location is ok, there's coffee, food, grocery downstairs and transportation is easy. Not a lively area though.

The accommodations were top notch. Space is overlooking the city and the Seoul Tower. Windows surrounded the place and was close to anything you could need . Susan the host was very accommodating and communicated with us through out for any questions. Thank you for hosting our family and making our trip an amazing experience.

The moment I walked in, I was completely blown away by the amazing, panoramic view of central Seoul right at my feet! Looking down at the stunning cityscape through the large windows was incredible during the day, and the night view was pure magic. This view alone makes the stay worth every penny.
The sheer scale and layout of this place are phenomenal. It was originally a massive 3-bedroom apartment, but it has been brilliantly renovated to connect one of the rooms into the living area. This clever modification creates an incredibly wide-open, bright, and expansive living room with an unmatched sense of openness. Thanks to the generous size of this large luxury apartment, our group could relax in ultimate comfort without ever feeling cramped.
Everything inside was spotlessly clean, beautifully styled, and meticulously maintained. It is incredibly rare to find a place in Seoul that offers this amount of premium, spacious living combined with such a jaw-dropping aerial view of the city center. Cleanliness, location, and the host's attention to detail are all a perfect 10/10. I am without a doubt staying here again on my next trip to Seoul. Highly recommended!

Upon arrival I failed to receive instructions on how to enter the property. it was hot, just got off our flight, and had to wait to until the instructions came in. we also did not have instructions on the alarm for the door, so immediately it went off, and as i do not speak korean we struggled to turn it off for about 10 minutes and it was blaring loud. inside the unit it is very lovely and spacious for seoul. unfortunately the fridge did not work either. there are fees for leftover trash, unclean unit upon exiting, and for early and late exit. in korea, you can not dispose of your trash on sundays, so you must do it the other days of the week. my check out was on sunday and i thought i could dispose it in the trash room but you can not. instead we decided to accept defeat and pay the trash fee, but the cleaning crew ended up just leaving my trash on the street. if i knew of this option i would have done it to avoid a trash fee lol. can’t win them all. also, dont overuse the a/c and water. there is a fee for that too. i enjoyed the area and unit but not the fee after fee after fee. this was my first time in korea, and the area was definitely safe, near a bus stop, and has many small business below it.
