Emplacement idéal, calme donnant sur une cour, rue animée, restos, bars, boulangerie, coiffeur, commerces de proximité, proche de la gare, du tram, du bus, du centre, tout peut se faire à pied.
Compléter l'équipent de cuisine par de petits accessoires, vérifier les appareils de chauffage et sèche serviettes avec l'approche de l'hiver, escaliers à sécuriser rajouter une main courante sur le mur. N'est pas recommandé pour les personnes à mobilité réduite PMR.

The location was great and very convenient if you arrive by train! Accessing the apartment was very easy with the instructions that they send by message. Overall it was very clean and comfortable, definitely worth the money.
The stairs inside the apartment have very slim step which is a bit problematic when you go down.

Emplacement très bien situé à deux pas du centre ville. Logement calme lorsque le théâtre Le cyclope situé au rdc n’est pas ouvert.
Ambiance agréable.
Accès au logement difficile pour les personnes ayant des difficultés à se déplacer. Escalier d’accès à l’appartement et aucune place de stationnement dans la rue pour décharger les bagages.
Accès à l’étage tout aussi difficile. Échelle de meunier.
Pas de grille pain … canapé très fatigué, pas de torchons prévus dans le linge de maison. Difficile d’essuyer la vaisselle ! Meuble dans le salon cassé et vide.
