Le personnel, spécialement Rachel qui est très professionnelle et efficace, toujours disponible et souriante. Les autres membres du personnel également incluant le chauffeur Benson.
Endroit confortable ouvert sur le bush sans clôture ce qui est très appréciable pour la vue, et pratique pour se promener directement, c'est une vraie différence avec les autres lodges où on se sent parqués.
Prestations de qualité, la décoration de la chambre est refaite tous les jours. Les repas sont servis exactement à l'heure désirée.
Promesse non tenue concernant un rabais suivant le nombre d'activités, visiblement un manque de communication entre les services.

Very friendly and nice staff and the food was excellent! Beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Nice view of Kilimanjaro mountain (if you're lucky)
We did not have hot water in the room (also after waiting 5min), the pool was not filled with water, no cold drinks for dinner, 20 USD per person for a Lunchbox is too much.
