The property was comfortable and welcoming. It has lots of character. There’s plenty of room and the living room/ dining area is well laid out with plenty of space to sit, but also to eat at the table. Winkleigh is a beautiful village and the property is a couple of minutes walk from the shops/cafe etc.
It would be great if a dishwasher could be fitted in, but I do understand that this may require a re-jig of the whole kitchen.

The chapel is beautiful. Winkleigh is a lovely small town and the host Patty is very friendly and always eager to help.

The location was great for the centre and very quiet, excellent parking. The overall feel of the place was quirky as advertised but in a nice way. Very clean and the shower was good.
Can't really think of any dislike to be honest. It's not for anyone with mobility issues or young children

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful property, the host was so welcoming with little extras to make us feel like valued guests, there was literally nothing missing that we could have needed, great instructions on everything that might have felt tricky. We had a warm and comfortable stay with no issues what so ever.
