Beautiful interior decoration. Location is fabulous
No real personal service. It’s a typical post Covid experience where there is zero interest in personal service. Ie, check yourself in using a code, find your key through another code. No breakfast service.

Lovely room in a fantastic location for exploring Venice. It felt traditional. Air con was good. We didn't use the kitchen facilities but all looked fine. Beds were big and comfortable.
Shower screen is too small to stop water going on the floor.

Location is great, very quiet. Beds were comfortable.
Shower set up was odd, impossible to keep the bathroom floor dry. No reception to speak of, everything is communicated via messaging. No housekeeping unless requested. Thermostat control did not work and was not corrected during our stay. No circulation within the room.
