Great Location

From someone who visits Cannes often this apartment was the best one. It has all of the utilities you need. Clean and comfortable. Very kind and communicative host. And location is 10/10, very close to many stores, bars, beach and 1 min walk from train station

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!

Nothing. Worst place I have ever booked. I had booked for three nights , did not stay for more than 3 hours. I had to shift Nice as I couldn’t find a good place to stay Cannes at last moment. I had booked this place 4 months back, they didn’t have reviews back then. Should have checked 15 days before traveling.

The place was a disaster. It’s on the third floor with very difficult stairs to climb with luggage. The building is not well maintained, so much mold on the walls hidden behind the paint. Broken walls. In the apartment we couldn’t sit, the sofa caused severe allergy on our body. AC was not working, no ac in bedroom. Bathroom has poor lighting. The price of it should be 30-50 euros per night.

3 floors,no lift, with some poor stairs and the entrance till 3rd floor looks like you are in a ghetto somewhere 😄. Scary.

Terrible experience — do not recommend

The only positives: the location was central, and there’s a Lviv Croissants nearby. That’s it.

This was easily one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. First of all, the apartment was hard to find — Google Maps shows a duplicate address about 20 minutes away from Cannes, which is extremely confusing, especially for first-time visitors. When I finally arrived, the building looked abandoned: boarded-up windows, no elevator, and homeless people gathered at the entrance. It felt unsafe and dirty right from the start. The apartment itself was awful. I found cockroaches and a broken air conditioner that was blowing hot air — during a 40°C July heatwave. The temperature inside was unbearable, well over 30°C. When I contacted the company, instead of taking action, they kept asking for videos to "prove" the problem — how exactly am I supposed to film hot air? Opening the windows didn’t help at all. They face a narrow, enclosed inner courtyard filled with AC vents from other apartments blasting even more heat into the space. It was like living inside an oven. The host initially said he would enter the apartment while I was out to try and fix the issue — which felt intrusive and inappropriate. We rescheduled so I could be there, and unsurprisingly, no one showed up. No message, no apology, nothing. The AC was finally fixed one day before I left. Why not earlier? Do yourself a favor and stay literally anywhere else. This place should not be listed on Booking.
