The location is definitely the strong point. It is close to the Alcazaba and the historic centre, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Overall, the apartment had a nice, cosy and modern feel, making it a great option for a shorter stay.
When I first entered the property, there were quite a lot of ants, but after they were removed, they did not appear again.
Also, water was leaking through the shower door, which caused some damage to the wooden door frame. This is something that could be repaired or replaced, as it may affect the overall appearance of the apartment.
The biggest issue was the smell on the ground floor. Whenever you entered the building, there was a strong sewage smell, so this definitely needs to be improved. Fortunately, the smell did not reach my flat on the second floor.

Great location, quiet room, great shower and a comfortable bed. Great breakfast next door,
Old towels, very thin with holes, one of the pillows was stained, smell of drains when you enter the building, with a very sticky floor on the first day. Stayed for 3 nights but only 4 coffee pods. Shame we couldn’t upgrade breakfast. The terrace was a bit disappointing, furniture old and really overlooked

Doskonała lokalizacja, łatwy dostęp do wejścia, nocleg miał wszystko, co potrzeba. Fajnie, że była klimatyzacja, bo ciężko było otworzyć okna w nocy ze względu na hałasy z zewnątrz. Szybki i bezproblemowy kontakt z obsługą przez Whatsapp. Bardzo nam się podobało :)
Można popracować nad czystością pościeli.

De locatie was heel goed. De kamer was ook vrij groot en schoon
- het bed was klein voor twee personen (en wij waren ook twee meiden van niet al te grote lengte)
- het bed was hard en niet comfortabel
- de kamer zat direct op de eerste etage aan een vrij drukke weg waar veel mensen dus langs je raam lopen. Ook zaten er af en toe mensen bij het raam te roken. Dit was niet prettig.
- er was dus door bovenstaande wel sprake van geluidsoverlast en de ruimte is gehorig
- verder waren de voorzieningen beperkt. Weinig handdoeken etc
