We had a great stay at Cherryblossom Cottage. The house was very cosy and comfortable, in a countryside location. We liked waking up and being able to see the fields out of the window in our bedroom. We appreciated that the owners had decorated the property for Christmas (we stayed between Christmas and New Year). We enjoyed the wood burner as the weather was cold while we were there. There was a beautiful walk through the woods and we enjoyed making friends with the horse in the field behind the cottage. The owners (and their dog) were very friendly and welcoming. The beds were comfy and the cottage was nice and clean. Although this property accepts dogs, and they’re clearly welcome, with treats and special blankets provided, it’s also a great choice for visitors who don’t have pets, as there was no evidence of previous four-legged visitors and the condition of the furniture/property was excellent. We were sad to leave at the end of our stay, and hope to be able to return in the future!

The layout and furnishings were perfect, the kitchen was amply filled with crockery and cutlery. Everything was clean and in excellent condition. The facilities were exceptionally well organised and the hosts were friendly, welcoming and very helpful.

Cottage is perfect and everything was as you'd hope. Seeing the pigs and the horses was really nice. Location was great for us. Peaceful, pretty, very nice.
