It was comfortable and with all necessary amenities

It is very expensive. Customer queries are handled by an automated system that learns nothing about the guest. Every-time I lodged a query, I had to introduce myself and state my apartment number, despite the information being previously shared through WhatsApp

Fantastic location and lagoon beach!

The location was excellent, the property is quiet and well maintained, comfortable. The lagoon beach is excellent, very comfortable and the water is temperature controlled, so was very warm.

The gym is ok, only one treadmill and two bikes, no machines - just weights and mostly very light ones. No drying rack or strainer / plug for the sink to wash dishes.

Overall very nice place to stay in

New building, very nice lagoon beach and pool. Clean and comfy, staff responded quickly. You can move by taxi or by public transport (water taxi (recommend to try) and metro). There is lots of restaurants, coffe shops and grocery stores around or just order in by careem app). Clean and beautiful area around for running, walking etc.

As a new apartment, some very little improvements could be done (proper dish drying rack for example)
