Well setup and extremely comfortable. We loved the outdoor spa bath.
There could have been more firewood or the option to purchase more on site. The campsite is very noisy with frequent train traffic near the campsite running all hours of the day and night.

We loved our stay - very nice and clean and relaxing. The setting was gorgeous and we mostly enjoyed our stay. We especially enjoyed the hot tub. We loved being able to bring our puppy. Facilities were excellent.
It is on a noisy arterial rd, so it wasn’t quiet back to nature like we hoped. The most annoying thing was shower recess is very low and the water leaked everywhere. We didn’t have a mop. So the floor got very wet and flooded every time we had a shower. We had to resort to extremely short showers. Recommend host provide a mop and bucket that wrings mop. Difficult to contact host, mostly non- responsive or took long time to respond. No instruction manuals for the spa or stove was annoying. Heater didn’t seem to work at night. We didn’t have the best sleep as it was really cold at night.

Tents are great. Bed, kitchen, bath room are great.
Attention to details: Loose toilet seat, cheap worn plastic cups and glasses. Could to better if the rest is stylish.

Loved the idea of having a spa, staying in a luxury tent and being close enough to do wine tasting in the area.
Missed their attention to detail, we had no bottle opener, the lampshade was full of cobwebs, clearly covered in dust and also the bedside table which had dust caked on the bottom. The cups didn’t fit in the coffee maker, we had to remove the drip tray, only 1 pod per person per day provided.
The body wash dispenser in the shower was not working.
We were also placed in the disabled tent and we are not disabled! One 1 towel per person and no towel for outside use. We were also not advised that there would be no mobile reception.
The Saturday morning we noticed their horse being badly injured and tried to contact any staff member to no avail, we eventually managed to get a call to them, a local cafe called them and we also sent them a message, we have not even had a response!
The trains were so loud at night and it kept waking us up.
