此飯店在小橋流水旁邊，很好找。
距離誠信女子大學3號出口很近，步行5分鐘。
超商、文具、日用品店、飲料店和麵包店都有。
捷運出口的包子蒸餃很好吃，原味好吃。

地理位置佳、熱水很快就有 不用等太久、冷氣很涼
房間氣味極臭，一進到房內就聞到一股不明所以的味道，中午甚至還能聞到隔壁鄰居煮菜氣味。
洗衣機的部分，當我們要第一次使用時打開洗衣門直覺的把衣服放進去洗，結果突然聞到一股濃郁的屎味，找尋味道來源居然是洗衣機裡發出的味道，裡面還積一攤水，放進去的衣服也被沾滿那股臭味水，還沒洗就先臭掉，導致我們不敢在這洗，選擇到外面找尋洗衣店清洗衣物。
冰箱前右腳因輔助站立的石頭移位，讓冰箱成為比薩斜塔，謝謝房東讓我在首爾看見名塔（冰箱還是能正常運作，只是斜了點）
